Single session 120 min
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on treatment designed to release tension and promote healing.
A craniosacral therapy (CST) session is similar to massage therapy, but it is much more subtle and gentle in nature. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. You’ll be asked to remove your shoes, and feel free to bring a pair of warm socks if you prefer.
The session starts with a consultation, where I will ask you about your medical history, any health concerns, and the specific goals for your session. Once the consultation is complete, you will lie on a massage table, and I will ensure that you are comfortable. Before touching your body, I will explain what I will be doing, ensuring that you know what to expect.
If at any point during the session you feel uncomfortable, please let me know, and I will adjust accordingly. I will gently apply light pressure with my hands to areas such as your head, neck, back, sacrum, legs, or other areas where you may have concerns.
It is common to experience a deep sense of relaxation during the session, but you may also notice sensations such as warmth, cold, or tingling. These are natural responses to the therapy as your body relaxes and rebalances.
